After the New Year, I start practice teaching for twelve weeks. It'll be quite a change, with even a bigger one coming when I begin looking for a new post. Turtle Woman has been spending time with my middle son. Their lodge is within sight of the Falls of St. Anthony down south on the Mississippi. I miss her dearly. Last week, I traveled down and got to spend four days with them and visited other traders at the confluence with the St. Peters River. Good to see old friends. # |
